1Definitions & Roles

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the BJL platform ("BJL", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing BJL's website bjl.bio or any of its related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BJL is an online gaming platform offering casino games, Sports Betting, lottery, and other entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account with bjl:

• Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, email, phone number, or device is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
• Withdrawals will not be available until Identity Verification (KYC) is completed. A national ID card or passport must be submitted.

Account Verification

Bjl reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time — particularly for large withdrawals, suspected suspicious activity, or security purposes. Transactions may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3Age & Eligibility

Bjl is an entertainment platform for adults only.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register with bjl.
• Minors are not permitted to create accounts — this is a strict and non-negotiable policy.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access bjl.

4Deposits & Payments

The following rules apply when making a deposit to bjl:

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking services are accepted.
• The mobile number used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or wallets registered under another person's name are prohibited.

Deposit Processing

Successful deposits will typically appear in your BJL balance within 2–15 minutes. If there's a delay due to network issues, please contact support. BJL does not charge any deposit fees.

5Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from bjl:

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal for regular members is ৳1,00,000. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals are not possible until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification and could take longer.

6Bonuses & Promotions

BJL offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• The wagering requirements for each bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will expire.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active (with limited exceptions).
• Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Bjl reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

Wagering Calculation

Different games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots generally count at 100%, while table games and Live Casino may count up to 50%. Check the bonus page for details.

7Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed while playing games on bjl:

• Each game has its own rules — make sure you're familiar with them before you start playing.
• All games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring results are completely random and fair.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, BJL will restore the last valid game state to the best of its ability.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, bjl's server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.

Sports Betting Rules

Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be refunded. Delays in live betting are normal and expected.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BJL and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or managing multiple accounts
• Playing games using bots or automated software
• Using Third-Party Payment Methods
• Claiming Bonuses Solely for Withdrawal Purposes (Bonus Abuse)
• Attempting to manipulate the system through fraudulent means
• Using another member's account credentials
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Activity

9Account Closure & Suspension

BJL may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Incomplete KYC Verification
• Suspicious Financial Activity
• Security Risks
• At Your Own Request (Self-Exclusion)

Self-Closure of Account

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Before the account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance (excluding bonus balance).

10Responsible Gaming

BJL believes gaming should be entertainment, not an addiction. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on your own account.

Bjl will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. However, bjl's maximum liability for any service disruption is limited to the value of the transaction involved.

13Changes to Terms & Conditions

BJL reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification.

Continued use of bjl after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the terms, you may close your account.
